TheCultivist 2015年创立于伦敦,在纽约、布鲁塞尔与洛杉矶设有办事处。 TheCultivist是目前唯一全球范畴的艺术俱乐部,提供会员全世界博物馆通卡以及艺术社交活动。 2018年进入中国市场,以上海为亚洲市场总部,但面临高端体验产品的会员制市场尚未成熟的问题,因此盈利模式与目标人群均需要在地化策略。我与团队善用TheCultivist在艺术圈的良好资源,聚焦B2B,为高端品牌的VIP订制艺术项目活动,一来维持可观盈利,二来推广品牌在高端消费层的知名度,精准接触到潜在的个人客户。

TheCultivist was founded in London in 2015, with offices in New York, Brussels, and Los Angeles. TheCultivist is the only global art club that offers members with global museum pass and art social events worldwide. It entered the Chinese market in 2018, with Shanghai as the headquarters of the Asian, somehow faced with marketing differences, especially the membership market for high-end experience products is not yet mature, and the profit model and target consumers need local strategies. My team made good use of TheCultivist's powerful resources in the art circle to customize art activities for VIPs of high-end brands, to maintain considerable profitability, and secondly, to promote TheCultivist's popularity in the high-end consumer layer and accurately reach potential personal members.
